Licenses & Registrations
This page brings together CashXChain’s corporate registrations and regulatory status. We keep it current as our arrangements evolve: each registration is listed with its issuing authority and reference so it can be checked in the relevant public register.
1. Regulatory status
CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and CashXChain Inc. are technology infrastructure providers and do not themselves hold financial-services licences. The regulated steps in our service are performed by licensed Partners under their own authorisations; see our Regulatory Status & Partner Disclosure.
2. Company registrations
CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt): Amtsgericht Traunstein, HRB 34664 — searchable in the German commercial register (Handelsregister) . CashXChain Inc.: State of Delaware, File No. 10567097 — searchable in the Delaware Division of Corporations entity search (both retrieved 20 September 2026).
D-U-N-S® Number. CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is identified in the Dun & Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System by D-U-N-S® Number 317026184. The number is a business identifier used for counterparty identification and onboarding. It is issued by a private company, not by a public authority: it is neither a licence nor an authorisation, it carries no regulatory status, and it says nothing about our supervision. Dun & Bradstreet publishes no free permanent link to an individual record, so there is no deep link to give here; the number can be checked in the D-U-N-S Number Lookup (retrieved 20 September 2026).
3. Intellectual property
Our core methods are protected by utility models registered at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and searchable in DPMAregister (both retrieved 26 August 2026); the full portfolio, with each register entry, is on IP & Copyright.
