1. Our commitment. CashXChain does not do business with, and does not process transfers involving, persons or entities under applicable financial sanctions. We screen to prevent this and refuse to deal where there is a confirmed match.

2. The sanctions we apply. We screen against European Union, United Nations and applicable German and national sanctions.

3. What we screen and when. We screen customers, their beneficial owners and, where relevant, transaction counterparties, at onboarding, during the relationship and when sanctions lists change. Screening for the regulated step is carried out by our licensed Partner as part of its own obligations.

4. What happens on a match. Where a match is confirmed, we will block or refuse the transaction or the relationship as the law requires; where funds must be frozen, this is done by the licensed Partner that holds the funds. The law may prevent us from explaining the reason.

5. No circumvention. We do not act on instructions designed to evade sanctions, including transfers where a sanctioned party is the real beneficiary even if not the named counterparty, and including splitting or timing transfers to get around controls.

6. Contact. Questions about this statement can be sent to [email protected].
