CashXChain UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“CashXChain”) wants the surfaces it builds to be usable by people with disabilities, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement sets out the standard we work towards, where we stand today, and how to tell us when something does not work.

It is a voluntary commitment. It is not a declaration of conformity, and we do not claim that any accessibility standard has been met.

1. The standard we work towards

We treat the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1  (retrieved 25 August 2026) at Level AA as the design goal for the surfaces we build. It is what we design and review against — a target, not an achievement we are reporting.

2. Where we stand today

Our surfaces have not been formally audited against WCAG 2.1. We hold no accessibility certification and have commissioned no third-party assessment. We therefore make no conformity claim, at Level AA or at any other level. What follows describes our practice; it is not a test result.

3. What we do

As we build, we work with:

  • Semantic markup — headings, lists, tables and landmark regions that carry meaning in the markup rather than only in the visual layout, so assistive technology can convey the structure of a page.
  • Keyboard operation — navigation and controls reachable and operable without a pointing device, with a visible focus indicator and a means of skipping repeated navigation.
  • Text contrast — a palette chosen so that text meets the WCAG Level AA contrast thresholds against its background, in both the light and the dark theme.
  • Screen-reader support — declared page language, text alternatives for non-decorative images, and accessible names on interactive controls, where those controls are ours.

Coverage varies between surfaces and between individual features. Where we have not implemented something on a given screen, we say so on request rather than assume it works.

4. What this statement covers

It covers the surfaces we build and operate: our website at cashxchain.com, this Legal Center at legal.cashxchain.com, the CashXChain platform, and our mobile applications.

It does not cover third-party components embedded in those surfaces, or interfaces operated by our Partners. Where a step in the service runs in a Partner’s own interface — onboarding, identity verification, or a regulated payment step — that Partner builds and controls the interface, and its accessibility position applies rather than ours. The Partners are named in our Regulatory Status & Partner Disclosure.

5. Reporting a barrier

If something on one of our surfaces is not accessible to you, write to [email protected]. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and — if it helps — the assistive technology you were using.

We acknowledge reports within 5 business days, and within 15 business days we tell you what we will do about the barrier: fix it, offer a workaround, or explain why we cannot. If the barrier stops you from completing something you need, we will find another route with you in the meantime.

6. Review

We review this statement as the product develops and whenever we change how a surface is built. Our position will change if our regulatory scope changes — for example, if we begin offering a service to consumers rather than to businesses only — and we will update this statement when it does.
