Travel Rule Notice
1. Why sender and recipient details travel with your payment. When you send or receive a transfer, information about the sender and the recipient is attached to it. This is required by Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 , known as the Travel Rule.
2. What information is attached. For each transfer this includes the name, the account or wallet identifier and the address or equivalent details of both the sender and the recipient. We collect this at onboarding and when you instruct a transfer.
3. What we use it for. This information is used only to prevent, detect and investigate money laundering and terrorist financing. It is not used for anything else.
4. Missing information. If a transfer arrives without the required information, or we cannot obtain it, the transfer may be delayed, rejected or returned, and it may count towards deciding whether a transfer is suspicious.
5. Self-hosted wallets. Transfers are made only between accounts held at regulated providers, not to or from self-hosted wallets.
6. Your data. How we handle this data, including how long we keep it and your rights, is in our Privacy Policy.
